Adviser on Reconciliation to the President, Prof Rajiva Wijesinha, was interviewed on the BBC Radio 4 early morning Today Programme. In dealing with the impact on reconciliation efforts of unbridled attacks on the Sri Lankan government, he pointed out how many of these supported each other without independent substantiation. The role of the shady South African Chris du Toit, who had advised the terrorist Jonas Savimbi in Angola on behalf of the Apartheid government in Pretoria was also highlighted. 04th July 2011 |
